YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE THE CASTLE FOR? We aim to deliver all castles before 2pm, and start collecting early evening, usually in the same order we deliver, so everyone gets the same amount of time. If you require different times this can be arranged when you book, just ask.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP? 10-15 minutes to erect and about the same to pack away.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT? No deposit is necessary, just book the castle of your choice and pay CASH ON DELIVERY (Our drivers can not leave an inflatable until it has been paid for). Cheques will only be accepted from Commercial Customers, Schools, Churches, and other organisations. Receipts are available to all, just ask your driver!

HOW DOES THE CASTLE OPERATE? Inflatables are operated by an electric blower via extension cables supplied by us. An average size inflatable will cost you about 75p in electricity per day. We can supply petrol blower's if necessary, please ring for details.

CAN I RELY ON YOU? YES! We have an excellent reputation amongst our customers for quick reliable service and word of mouth is our main source of work. We have several vehicles and drivers, and in-case you have a problem, our phones are manned until the very last castle is collected. We are very organised, but above all WE CARE! Our customer service is second to none. We won't let you down.

WHAT IF IT RAINS? Most castles have shower covers, and we supply ground sheets and circuit breakers. The majority of our customers have the castle whatever the weather. "Kids will be Kids". Come rain or shine they have a good time! Alternatively, there is no fee if you wish to cancel due to bad weather. The choice is yours!
